A Pleasure to Work With

We had the pleasure of working with Joyce Leonard as our realtor agent buying our home in Diamond Bar. During escrow, we stumbled upon few issues with our lender that may have missed our closing date. We have already enrolled our kids into the schools, scheduled contractors for some minor improvements, rented a moving truck and planned everything around the closing date. With Joyce’s years of experience and expertise in the real estate industry really shined through. She stepped in to assist us with our lender and the title company so we closed escrow on time, as planned. Without her, it may have been a different story.
