Joyce has many years of experience and it showed. We put our late parents house on the market in March 2020 at the beginning of the stay at home orders. Needless to say it was a difficult time to sell a house. Joyce persisted with showing the house by appointment and online marketing. When the house finally sold it was over list price and we had a small “bidding war”. My siblings and I were happy with Joyce’s advice to not spend a lot of money on improvements prior to marketing. Joyce has a very professional attitude and was available any time we needed to talk. She gave us good advice on offers we received and how we should react to the ultimate buyers requests for repairs. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing to sell a house.

Joyce was a tremendous help in my probate house sale. She educated me on the process and how it differs from a routine house sale. She was accessible by phone, text or email and promptly responded. Joyce had additional open houses to draw more buyers and also had a team available for an estate sale and home clean out if needed. I will refer potential buyer/seller friends to Joyce.
